01. Refund Processing
Inspection & Approval
All returned items are inspected upon arrival at our facility. We will notify you once this inspection is complete (typically within 3-5 business days of receipt).
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval. The timing depends on your payment method and financial institution:
- • Credit/Debit Cards: 3-10 business days
- • PayPal: 3-5 business days
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase. If this isn't possible, we'll contact you to arrange an alternative method.
Note: We cannot issue refunds to a different card or account unless the original is no longer valid.
02. Refund Amounts
Standard Returns
For returns meeting all policy requirements, you'll receive:
- • Full item price refund
- • Original shipping costs (if any)
Deductions May Apply
In these cases:
- • Return shipping costs (unless defective)
- • Restocking fee for opened items (15%)
- • Missing components or damage
International Customers:
Customs fees, duties, and international shipping costs are non-refundable. We can only refund the item cost and domestic shipping (if applicable).
03. Non-Refundable Items
These Items Cannot Be Refunded
Due to the custom nature of our products, certain items are exempt from being refunded:
Custom Products
- ✗ Personalized championship belts
- ✗ Made-to-order items
- ✗ Custom color combinations
Other Exceptions
- ✗ Gift cards
- ✗ Final sale items
- ✗ Used or damaged items
Exception: If your custom item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos. We'll either replace it or issue a full refund.
04. Late or Missing Refunds
If Your Refund Hasn't Arrived
First, check with your bank or payment provider. Processing times vary and may take additional time. Then:
